Before your first visit
1. Download and set up the Optix app (App Store / Google Play)
2. Download the KS Keychain app (App Store / Google Play)

Important: You can download KS Keychain anytime, but you can only activate your digital key after receiving the SALTO KS activation email, which is sent approximately 5 minutes before your booking starts. Use the same email address as for your Optix account.

At the door
1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
2. Open the KS Keychain app.
3. Press on the Key and hold your phone flat against the lock. Keep it there until the green light flashes. 🟢

Do not hold your phone just near the lock or remove it too quickly. Once the green light flashes, the door is unlocked. 😉

We’re at Via Brattas 2, St. Moritz — above Pur Suisse and below Ruch Architects.

• 👟By foot: From the Cresta Run Rider Monument, walk right up the street and you’ll see us just behind the parking barrier on the right. Main entrance: right, under the bridge.
• 🚌 By bus: The Kulm stop is right in front — just 1 minute away.
• 🚉 By train: St. Moritz station is ~10 minutes on foot, through the scenic St. Moritz Design Gallery escalators, then past Badrutt's Chesa Veglia, Hermès and the Kulm Hotel.

• Phone Box - Cozy booth with Apple TV & AirPlay. Perfect for digital calls or 1:1s.
• Meeting Room - Table for 6, whiteboard & TV (AirPlay). Ideal for team sessions or client meets.
• Workshop Space @ Basement - Exclusive-use creative zone. Modular setup (desks, tables, poufs), whiteboard wall, projector & screen, dedicated wardrobe & bathrooms.
• Executive Office - Sliding doors, Alpine views, 2 premium desks (Samsung curved screens), pouf table & lounge/library. Boss-mode space for small teams or strategy days.

• Kickstarter Desk → USB-C screen, HighRise, mousepad.
• Hot Desk → clean, bare desk.
• Quiet(er) Desk → curved USB-C screen, HighRise, wireless mouse + keyboard.
• Whiteboards = only with meeting spaces.
• Printer/scanner = included, up to 20 pages.

All bookings are prepaid, no refunds.
Why? We keep it lean: first-come-first-serve, no memberships, no forever desks. You decide last minute if you’re coming, we guarantee your spot. That way the space stays fair, fluid and alive.

Nope — all passes and digital keys are personal. Guests need their own booking.

Exception:
If you book a meeting room, exclusive use of executive office, phone box or workshop space, you can invite guests for that booking only. Desk bookings are solo use only.

Yes, WiFi is included with every booking. Simply log in to the Optix app using the same email and password you booked with — you’ll find the WiFi credentials under Home → General Info.

SPOT.BASE is fully open-space. Buzzing, Creative, Alive. For quiet(er) moments or calls: use headphones + book the Phone Box, Meeting Room or Executive Office.

Street parking is available on Via Maistra (below SPOT.BASE) or at the Quadrellas Garage near Schulhausplatz (3–4 minutes’ walk). There’s no storage, mail handling or bike parking on site. We keep it lean, so travel light.
